Appendix B of The Lord of the Rings is "The Tale of Years", a detailed chronology of the Second and Third Ages. It is the primary source for specific dates of the events of Middle-earth in these ages.
It also provides information about Fourth Age events concerning Aragorn's reign and the remaining members of the Fellowship of the Ring.
